rehearsal, 8-hours Wedding Day Direction, up to 2 assistants, and up to 2 locations for
ceremony/reception pre-ceremony activities.
- Unlimited e-mail and phone calls
- 6 consultations as needed for couples
- Attend 4 vendor appointments
- 8-hours Wedding Day direction
- Final consultation 1 week before wedding
- Provide personalized wedding budget
- Assist with selection of ceremony and reception sites
- Assist with selection of wedding invitations
- Provide assistance of vendor selections
- Review vendor contracts
- Deliver final payments to vendors
- Coordinate the rehearsal and ceremony
- Menu selection and table layout design
- Assist in preparation of seating chart
- Coordinate decoration of the ceremony and reception location
- Distribute attendant's flowers, bouquets, and throw-away bouquet
- Coordinate the delivery of rental items
- Create bridal checklist and timelines for scheduled events
- Wedding Day Emergency Kit
- Supervise vendor clean up
- 2 hour wedding rehearsal
