TIME REQUIREMENTS
Send at least 5 EXTRA Invitations per 100
These extras are needed for human error on both parties behalf.
It is best to purchase 25 extra envelopes in your original invitation order.
Purchases made after the original order are viewed as a
"new" order and cost a substantial amount more.  
Extras will cover wrong addresses, additions to your guest list & mistakes.
Try to avoid: Heavily textured paper, Glossy paper, dark colored paper,
raw/handmade paper, some vellum. Our calligrapher will try to work with these
type of papers but it may require an additional charge.

HANDWRITTEN pricing is for BLACK ink.
Handwritten is only available in BLACK.
MACHINE is available in most colors. Sorry... no white, gold or silver.

-Your list should include your guests names as you wish for them to appear.
(Any Additions or Changes can be emailed.)

3.  Choose a Format.
-Centered (Most Popular)
-Lined up on the left
-Staggered (each row graduating down)

4.  Choose a Style.
-Handwritten Calligraphy
-Machine Calligraphy

*Select a Date.
-The date you select should assure that you have atleast 6 weeks prior to your wedding date. Holiday or
Summer Weddings 8 weeks.
-You will also need time to stuff, seal & stamp your invitations. (I provide this service at an additional cost of
.50 per Invitation with you providing the stamps)
-Our calligrapher needs at least 5 business days per 100 Invitations
-Remember shipping time (2-3 days each way)

ALLOWING PLENTY OF TIME IS PREFERABLE. Feel free to send envelopes ASAP to avoid rushing.

*EXAMPLE for Date Selection:
For mailing 100 Invitations 6 weeks prior to your wedding date you would
need to ship your invites to me no later than 8 weeks prior to your wedding date. This would leave me time
to work (5 days), shipping time both ways (3-5 days) & 4 days for you to get ready to mail. Just add 5 more
days for every extra 100.
 

Black is the standard etiquette ink color.
Alternate color choices are available at an extra charge of .75 per envelope (Machine Printed Only)
(Red, Blue, Green, Burgundy, or Purple)
Sorry, No White, Gold or Silver.


Ready to ship:
Your package should include the following 4 things.
1. Outer Envelopes
2. Inner Envelopes
3. Completed Guest List
4. Check, Money Order, or Paypal payment for 1/2 the cost of service. ( Payable to Shadawn Lloyd)

I will send you a return email upon arrival of the package.  Once my work is complete, I will email you a
return TRACKING # when the package is mailed back to you.

Return of your envelopes:
-Inspect your envelopes for errors. (Envelopes are Double Checked for Accuracy Before Shipping. I will
retain 5+ envelopes in case of errors. If you find errors made by me, I will redo these at no extra charge to
you including shipping.)
-Check Statement. (Any additional charges added will be due to additions or changes made to your guest
list by you.)
- Balance is due upon receipt.
-Checks or Money Orders Accepted.
-Mastercard/Visa accepted through Paypal online
